Located on the ancestral territory of the Atikamekw Nation, Club Odanak is an entirely wooded 45km2 expanse in the mountainous region of upper Mauricie.
An ideal stopover for ATV ( all-terrain vehicle) or snowmobile riders, this hotel complex built entirely of wood has a distinctly Canadian architectural flair.
In addition to hunting and fishing, Club Odanak's activities promote close contact with nature: canoe treks, sleeping in a tipi or a shapituan in winter as well as summer.
THE SIX ATIKAMEKW SEASONS
Pipon, when the snow stays on the ground and it is cold.
Sikon, when the snow begins to melt.
Miroskamin, when the ground is uncovered.
Nipin, when the is hot and humid.
Takwakin, when the leaves dry up.
Pitci pipon, when the snow falls.
